South Shore Select U16 Girls 2007 State Champions

Select 16s Leave Regionals Undefeated (2-0-1)
Congrats to our U16 girls for winning the 2007 Mass State Cup. Select went undefeated (4-0-1) and prevailed in the final game against Stars of Mass with a score of 2-1 in regulation time.
By winning the recent US Youth Soccer Massachusetts Championship, the Girls Under-16 South Shore Select qualified to compete in the US Youth Soccer Region I (East Regional) Championships.
Select Juntos ( nationally ranked #25, Ranked #7 in the region and ranked #1 in the State) represented our club and the state in fine fashion at the US Youth Soccer Region I (East Regional) Championships. The team went 2-0-1 but unfortunately because of a tie breaker had to come home.
The girls had a great season and worked together all year and it showed. Please look for more details over the new week.
